£1.2 million investment in Tottenham young people

A new £1.2 million facility for young people in Tottenham has been opened by the Lord-Lieutenant for Greater London, Kenneth Olisa OBE. Army Reserve Centre renamed in honour of Reservist killed in Aden

The Army Reserve Centre at Honey Pot Lane in Harrow has been renamed Lonergan Lines Reserve Centre in honour of Squadron Sergeant-Major John Lonergan who was killed in action on 12 April 1965. The Reserve Centre is home to 131 Commando Squadron Royal Engineers who have chosen to rename their base in honour of Sergeant-Major Lonergan,13/Apr/2016Read more here...
