Cadets from 48 Detachment Army Cadet Force and 452 (Hornchurch) Squadron RAF Air Cadets will share the new building which was opened in the presence of friends, family and special guests including the Mayor of Havering and Major General Ben Bathurst, General Officer Commanding London District.
